CLEVELAND — Lawyer of the Year honorees Stephen M. Gross and Peter M. Bernhardt headline a list of 41 McDonald Hopkins LLC attorneys who have been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2020 Edition of the Best Lawyers in America.
Gross, who is a member in the firm’s Detroit office and chair of the Automotive Practice Group, was named Lawyer of the Year in the Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law category for the second time following his 2017 selection. Bernhardt, who is a member in the West Palm Beach office and chair of the Probate and Trust Litigation Group, is a 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Construction Law.
The 25th edition of Best Lawyers marks the 10th consecutive recognition for both Gross and Bernhardt. The list is based on more than 5.5 million detailed evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers.
