DENSO Invites Minority-Certified Businesses to Meet with Purchasing Teams at APACC Buyer/Supplier Nexus in Southfield

For the fifth year in a row, APACC and DENSO will come together for the highly-anticipated Nexus at local favorite spot Meriwether’s, a member of the Muer Seafood Restaurants collection. The event will kick off with networking and some of the restaurant’s finest samplings followed by remarks from executive leadership at DENSO and a formal Meet the Buyer segment.
Southfield, Michigan – The Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC) and DENSO International America, Inc. will host the 5th Annual Buyer/Supplier Nexus this Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Meriwether’s restaurant located at 25485 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033.
The purpose of the event is to provide opportunities for local minority-owned and certified suppliers to meet with the various purchasing teams of DENSO including DENSO Ten. Representatives from multiple DENSO locations are expected to be in attendance to meet with local Asian-, Hispanic-, African American-, Native American-, Woman-, and Veteran-owned business owners and representatives. In addition to the DENSO purchasing teams and local suppliers, the event will also be attended by many purchasing representatives from other Tier 1 automotive companies, OEMs, and local corporations with a commitment to supplier diversity.
