June 04, 2018
For some, ‘1 million open tech jobs by 2020’ is a looming, overwhelming statistic. For Grand Circus, it’s a challenge they want to be a solution for, and a direct line to fulfil their vision: to close the talent gap for employers. The professional tech training institute with campuses in Detroit and Grand Rapids has launched The Academy, a program where employers can try out Grand Circus grads for 3-6 months with no risk. This solution offers the flexibility to get quality tech talent quickly, affordably, and efficiently.

The Academy has successfully launched with 8 graduates participating and 2 companies participating, with 10 more grads in the next cohort and 3 new companies coming aboard. More info about The Academy available here (online fact sheet) or here (webpage).

1,000 grads have gone through Grand Circus; 86.5% have tech jobs within 120 days of graduating.
