Bryan Powrozek
, Manager, Clayton & McKervey
Bryan is a manager within the firm’s system integrator team, joining Clayton & McKervey in 2011 after a dozen years working as a mechanical engineer. He uses his background in systems and processes on a regular basis to support the needs of the manufacturing and system integration industry; including project management for Research & Experimentation Tax Credits and accounting services for domestic and international clients. Known for making complex issues easy for clients to understand, Bryan is skilled at anticipating and addressing the needs of business owners during the start-up phase and beyond; allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Dave Van Damme, Senior Manager, Clayton & McKervey
Dave serves as a senior manager in the Clayton & McKervey’s assurance department, working primarily with privately-owned domestic companies or subsidiaries of larger foreign-owned and operated companies throughout Europe and Asia. Since 2008, he’s worked closely with owners, chief financial officers, and plant managers to thoroughly understanding his clients’ business goals and align the right mix of technological and consulting support. A certified fraud examiner, Dave is focused on the fundamental practices and internal controls required to mitigate risk and help clients become better educated on the best practices to help prevent fraud.

Tim Finerty, Shareholder, Clayton & McKervey
As an owner of the firm, Tim provides high-level tax, accounting and consulting services to business owners of domestic and foreign-owned subsidiaries. As practice leader for Mexico, he is particularly attuned to the needs of manufacturing, distribution and system integrators industries. Tim has been an advisor since 2001, and collaborates with clients to help reduce their tax burden, make their global expansion seamless, and reduce the amount of time spent on their financial statement presentation by utilizing the firm’s internal and external network of experts.
