Event Description:

Today's manufacturing world is fast-changing and rising to new challenges. With recent events, the need to embrace connected industry is even more important to ensure data transparency, process optimization, and drive the continuous improvement process. Many companies struggle with where to start and how to implement.

Drawing on the real-world results from the Bosch Anderson Manufacturing Campus, Bosch will share how, as a global lead user of Industry 4.0 ready products and solutions, they started their transformation. Leveraging their Industry 4.0 Kick Starter Program & Methodology to develop a site vision, technology roadmap, and achieve performance improving goals. This discussion will focus on best practices and walk through the process that leads to the establishment of the Bosch Anderson Campus as an Industry 4.0 Lead User Site.

This event is intended for process and decision-making leadership in the manufacturing space.

About the Robert Bosch Corporation
The Robert Bosch Corporation is located at Bosch's global headquarters in Germany. Our approach to Connected Industry is as both a global lead user and lead provider. Industry 4.0 is when factories can be adapted to any requirements and learn independently at the same time. For Bosch, the secret here is to combine the best of people, data, and machines. While artificial intelligence and advanced algorithms make processes simpler, more efficient, and more flexible, people still have full control over everything that happens.
