Logistics Customer Service Specialist Requirements
  • MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TRANSPORTATION
  • 4-year degree in business or transportation related field is desired but required
 
Logistics Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities
  • Maintaining freight balances is the purpose of this position
  • 1st shift
  • Providing customer service to HUB accounts and customers with HUB lanes
  • Knowledge of all assigned and backup regional accounts
  • Maintaining scheduled teleconference meetings with each HUB to understand the daily freight needs
