IT Technical Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Positions Available in Auburn Hills and Bingham Farms, Michigan
  • Our IT Technical Recruiter position is full time with a base salary plus commission and full benefits package
  • We are looking for someone who is a leader, business minded, coach-able, enthusiastic, and professionally impatient that has experience recruiting IT talent for various industries
  • Work in a Fast Paced / High Energy environment
  • Responsible for identifying qualified individuals for IT and various Technology positions
  • Continuously make calls, interview candidates, set meetings, negotiate pay rates, review resumes and continue an ongoing dialogue between candidates and managers
  • The ideal person for this position will strive to work in a challenging environment, be goal oriented and enjoy working with a TEAM of individuals in a very competitive industry
  • Partner with your fellow recruiters and hiring managers to engage talent
  • Drive the full cycle recruitment process - sourcing world class candidates, interviewing, extending offers / negotiating
  • Source active and passive candidates
  • Communicate job responsibilities to potential candidates
  • Stay current on industry news, company acquisitions, and IPOs
  • Research and identify trends in the market, and leverage those insights to find talent
 
IT Technical Recruiter Requirements
  • Must have driver’s license
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Requires experience with IT Recruitment
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a technology company is preferred
  • 2+ year of Agency experience sourcing IT talent required
  • Experience with various applicant tracking systems
  • Previous experience recruiting for Technology leadership roles preferred
  • Proven ability to employ a broad array of sourcing channels including; social networks, referral programs, job boards, old-fashioned networking, and recruiting events, etc.
  • Must be able to adapt to quickly changing demands, and navigate a fast-paced high-pressure work environment
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in your written communication / paperwork
  • Must have excellent people skills, a flexible mindset, and a team-first approach
