The Customer Care Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of an organization and ensuring that the business has the staff, resources and funds needed to run smoothly. Duties include coordinating staff schedules, and implementing professional development strategies. Operations Managers also work with upper management to develop budgets and create financial forecasts. This is an exciting time for Customer care group with IOT revolution and this person will also lead us thru the transformation of service business.

In this role the ideal candidate will act as a network and think innovatively while executing the following responsibilities:

  • To manage over 20 technicians and their assignments
  • To track internal processes and maintain key metrics
  • To interface with other departments such as sales, proposal, manufacturing, engineering and quality to improve overall performance of Customer care department
  • To manage all customer communication
  • Monitor project activities for compliance to company policies and processes.
  • Lead the transformation of service business with close cooperation with digital team

Reports to: Head of the customer care

Do you have what it takes?

This role is best suited for a candidate that possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Previous experience
  • Experienced with CRM (preferably Salesforce or SAP)
  • Previous experience managing and coordinating a team
  • Languages
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a necessary requirement 
  • Great communication skills and good temperament
  • Ability to mentor and grow resources
  • Proficient and working knowledge of MS Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer or control background
  • Working knowledge of body assembly tooling or powertrain
