Job Description
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Must be more familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel than a basic level (how to utilize graphs, formulas, word styles, track changes)
  • Track and distribute information team members need to do their jobs effectively throughout the project lifecycle
  • Must be flexible and proficient at multi-tasking, as they are generally required to perform a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis
  • Maintain key project documents and processes, including:
  • Project Plan
  • Project Schedule
  • Testing and quality control plan / schedule
  • Training plan / schedule
  • Organize meetings needed to accomplish project objectives
  • Assuring project preparedness by inventorying equipment and implementation planning, staging and labeling equipment based on implementation plan, etc.
  • Develop ConnectWise project work plan based on Overall Pricing Spreadsheet
  • Provide office / project administrative services
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management
  • Ability to communicate information clearly, concisely and professionally, written and verbally
  • Knowledge and understanding of the project lifecycle
Project Coordinator Requirements
  • Associate (2 year) degree or technical school certification or equivalent experience
  • 3 + years’ experience in advanced admin and coordinator experience
