Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description
The Lead Generation Specialist will work directly with the Company's Sales Team and will be responsible for lead generation for the sales team. Activities will include account research as well as outbound prospecting via phone, email and social media. The Lead Generation Specialist must demonstrate enthusiasm and be comfortable on the phone. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organization ability and work ethic. A positive attitude, creativity and persistence applied to researching and interacting with and qualifying prospective customers is essential. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a challenging environment, has a great work ethic, is motivated to learn and grow, is accountable and who can deliver on assignments.
  • Actively prospect into organizations that could gain value from the company's services and be persistent about it via email and phone.
  • To thrive in this role, you must know how to manage resistance and push back from prospects.
  • You'll need to work with the sales team to devise sales campaigns, identify target groups, and also generate your own leads.
  • Independent, intelligent and fast learner who wants to constantly improve knowledge on current technology and grow as a professional
  • Professional appearance and phone manner
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Comfortable in meetings and phone outreach to new prospective customers
  • Ability to do outbound phone work to database contacts as directed by Sales Manager
