Job Description
Integrations Support Engineer Responsibilities
  • Support current technical integrations based on client’s business requirements
  • Develop scripts and process data feeds to support venue technology support team
  • Take part in all aspects of the new integration’s lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, project management implementation, automated test setup and then overall ongoing support
  • Develop and improve internal support processes for continued operational efficiency
Integrations Support Engineer Requirements
  • Quality Assurance best practices
  • Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to research issues never before encountered
  • Significant REST API Knowledge
  • SOAP API Proficiency
  • Javascript
  • Docker experience
  • Jenkins
  • iPass
  • ServiceNow
