DevOps Administrator (2607-AA)

We are searching for a DevOps Administrator.

Our client utilizes the latest in deployment technologies to
commission leading edge Web applications at some of the top technical
companies in the world.

Ann Arbor, MI

Up to $130K, commensurate with skills and experience.

   -You have strong experience with AWS, preferably with a

   -You have strong Linux experience at the level of a full

   -You have experience automating environments
    (Infrastructure as Code), not just a bit or as part of a team,
    but actually implementing from the ground up.

   -You are on top of automation technology and are able to
    manage build pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory,
    bitbucket/Github integrations, AWS Lambda function use, etc.

   -You have some hands-on experience with Docker along with a
    container orchestration system such as Kubernetes.

   -You are a good if not excellent coder with tools used
    around automation, primarily Bash scripting but could be other
    languages such as Perl, Python, etc.

   -You have experience with full stack applications,
    definitely including web servers and databases and possibly
    including some back end coding in Java or Python.

   -You have experience working as the lone DevOps
    Administrator or as part of a small team. Your ability to
    research issues and prioritize your work independently is a
    key to success in this role.


   -Integrate with the development team on automation and
    deployment, including support of devops elements such as
    repositories, build solutions, and application environments.

   -Manage the configuration and operation of cloud-based
    servers and supporting assets.

   -Monitor and respond to security or usability concerns for
    our development and cloud-hosted services.

   -Create and verify backups of data, continuity plans and
    testing, and other service integrity solution.

   -Support services and technical team to install
    applications into our cloud environment.

   -Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced
    functionality and security issue resolution.

   -Administrate additional network infrastructure supporting
    the development and ops lab, including firewalls, VPNs between
    environments, databases, malware protection software and
    related tools.
