Client Service Leader – Water / Wastewater Responsibilities
  • Creating client engagement strategies and pursuit plan for municipal clients in the Ft. Worth and West Texas markets 
  • Developing new business and maintaining high value relationships with clients 
  • Leading the strategy for pursuits in the geography
  • Working effectively with Project managers, Key Technical Specialist and other members
  • Being active in Professional Societies in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area
  • Willing to work outside of assigned work hours
Client Service Leader – Water / Wastewater Requirements
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience planning, designing, and managing projects in the municipal water / wastewater market since Bachelor's Degree
  • Municipal water and wastewater business development experience
  • Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain a TX PE license
  • Water and Wastewater business development experience in the Texas municipal water / wastewater market
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas
  • Amount of Travel Required 30%
