Job Description
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Perform daily functions such as determining customer needs, ordering and confirming parts, quoting parts, confirming orders, entries, and follow up on orders
  • Interact with customers by following call structures, receive, and give critical information
  • Interact with finance, purchasing, inventory control, traffic & warehousing, sales, hotline, and service departments to ensure customer expectations are achieved
  • Maintain & keep up to date on company product lines to provide troubleshooting support over the phone
Customer Service Requirements
  • Long Term contract (about 2 years)
  • Excellent phone conversation and caller management skills
  • Efficient at using computerized business systems, including BaaN,MS-Office97, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
