Job Description
Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and managing
  • Pursue active and passive job seekers by researching, identifying, and utilizing various sourcing tools
  • Manage and coordinate with HR for the entire onboarding process including offer letters, tracking background and drug screens, and approving time cards and expenses
  • Complete monthly management reviews including sourcing placements and plants for future placements and growths
Staffing Coordinator Requirements
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for Tier 1, Tier 2, or Manufacturing Companies
