Job Description
International CRM Lead Specialist Responsibilities
  • Work with local Marketing (CRM business owners) to develop and deploy CRM plans to deliver new business sales and retention
  • Create and deploy specific CRM plans (campaigns, success metrics, actions) with local CRM team in order to increase retention and loyalty for each IO market
  • Evaluate, design and deploy go to market plans in conjunction with local CRM team to drive cross-selling opportunities
  • Design with local CRM team a comprehensive customer lifecycle communication plan for customer touch points and lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally to leverage best practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer data platform ensuring the company / third party / campaign data is captured and stored for operational use
 
International CRM Lead Specialist Requirements
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • 5+ year’s automotive or financial industry experience
  • 5+ years CRM experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience executing successful advertising and / or promotional campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience working with data for marketing
  • 3+ International Experience working with local marketing / sales team
