Job Description
Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Conducts external recruitment activities including sourcing, pre-employment screening, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, creating / negotiating / extending offers
  • Responsible for post-hire activities including offer processing, perpetual communication to stakeholders, orientation and post-start date follow up
  • Trains management on recruitment policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with hiring management to develop creative strategies to source and attract talent
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to employment
  • Supports college recruitment activities, including strategic selection of universities and career fairs
  • Selects / supports all diversity recruiting efforts (SWE, NSBE, NAACP, Black and Hispanic Colleges)
  • Supports external sourcing and relationships with colleges / universities and contract / staffing agencies
  • Supports co-op and intern program activities
  • Administers Applicant Tracking System
  • Supports reporting / metric requests
