Administration / Sales Assistant Responsibilities
  • Support Field Sales Team
  • Handle administrative assignments but more than just an "admin" job
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and using Skype for meetings expense reports, updating org. charts, main point of contact for PowerPoint presentation (data given to you then you must ensure information matches on presentation and given to appropriate person)
     
Administration / Sales Assistant Requirements
  • Okay with very little travel / overnight conference
  • Manages budget
  • Someone that can take initiative and be flexible- not looking for 'green' candidates
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
