Job Description

The Sales Coordinator responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, coordination of events, customer service and reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing schedules, filing import and documents and communicating relevant information
  • Prepares and follow up on sales quotes
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, and updating sales reports
  • Quote processing, filing and tracking
  • Tracking sales leads and customer orders
  • Arranging sales meetings
  • Working with various department within the company to coordinate resources for sales presentations
  • Field telephone and email sales inquires from suppliers and or clients
  • Reporting and tracking of monthly and annual sales figures
  • Coordination of meetings, preparation for presentations
  • Coordination of promotional events, conferences trade shows, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate Degree or experience related field
  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency and previous experience with Sales Force
  • In-depth understanding of automotive industry and sales administration process
