Job Description
Legal Admin Responsibilities
  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Update, analyze and maintain reports and presentations on company metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Create / update company policies while supporting standardization activities
  • Administer team member exit interviews
  • Schedule and support compliance and Employee Relations trainings at manufacturing companies
  • Assist in administration of contract management process
  • Compiling and creating reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Process invoices for approval / payment
  • Administer team member surveys, tuition reimbursement, compressed work week programs and other ER related programs
  • Provide administrative support and reports to senior management
  • Control and manage confidential information
  • Manage and assist with all immigration matters
  • Process invoices for approval / payment
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts
Legal Admin Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associates Degree in related field of study is preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites 2007 or newer is required
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines is required
  • Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers is required
  • Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills is required
