Job Description
Position Overview:

The Data Coordinator works with the Systems Manager to provide overall operation of the client's information by sending and receiving files via the customer's system,
i.e. VPM, I-Man, Autoweb, IMI, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

— Responsible for all files uploaded to the internal FTP site for all business units
— Work closely with business units, providing support on all CAD files required
— Key contact for all CAD data
— Translates data to required format for all customers
— Packages and compresses all files prior to sending
— Completes required paperwork on all files sent
— Creates Powerpoint presentations
— Completes part overlays and publishes report
— Completes BOM / Weld Report
— Completes interference checks and publishes reports
— Creates and publishes assembly sequence sheets that shell CAD file structure
— Creates exploded views
— 1+ years data administration with automotive OEM's and their systems
Education / Experience:

— High School Diploma or GED; and/or 2-4 year college degree
Special Knowledge / Skills:

— Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
— Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
— Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
— Ability to turn raw data into meaningful and useful information
— High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
— Strong interpersonal skills
