Job Description
Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Support and rework of Engineering License Services and Processes. This position will start at 4 days per week, initially, getting up to speed familiarizing with processes developed and job environment then to 3-4 days per week.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

— Handle administration task receiving, track and process various documents
— Process tickets according to the areas of administration
— Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.  Assemble purchase approval documents
— Participate in divisional and internal meetings
— Inventory Control

— Creation of technical documentation and manuals (MS Office application skills with a focus on Excel and Power BI)
— Excellent written and oral communication skills
— Ability to write and speak English
Education / Experience:

— Administrative background or equivalent work experience
Special Knowledge / Skills:

— Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
— Worked with Power BI to create solutions
— Ability to navigate and utilize enterprise systems
Physical Demands / Work Environment:

— Moderate sitting, standing and walking
— Moderate manual dexterity, audio attention and visual attention
— The majority of the job is performed in a standard office environment with minimal risk or harmful elements
