Job Description
Budge & Expense Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts using Excel template and Hyperion Smart View retrieve
  • Track vendor scheduled payments monthly (including approvals for deliverable or time / materials)
  • Submit appropriate monthly and annual accruals, approved by Manager and / or CPO
  • Provide cost estimates for long-range forecasts to Strategic Planning team
  • Prepare company leased car report annually
 
Budge & Expense Coordinator Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting / Business or equivalent experience
  • General understanding of accounting concepts, including accruals and budgeting
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
